Nuove band si aggiungono al già ricco billing del Wacken 2013: oggi sono stat infatti annunciati sette nuovi gruppi che suoneranno in quel di Wacken il prossimo agosto. Tra questi nomi, non figurano dei big, ma merita sicuramente una menzione l'annuncio degli italici Secret Sphere, alla loro prima esibizione in questo festival.
